If we haven’t met, I am Kim Lee-Thorp, a Master Holistic Health Coach and founder of San Clemente Wellness. Since 2006, I have been focused on woman 35-65 maneuvering the vortex of marriage, motherhood and menopause.  What makes me qualified to help?  I came out of that vortex after 25 years not even recognizing myself.

This program has multiple components for you choose each time you go through it.  You can choose just one or incorporate many.  Because YOU are so different each time, it becomes s a living program that can be taken over and over with each time being a completely unique experience.  


There is a full-feature food component in this program that will encourage you to eliminate foods known to cause inflammation and sensitivity.  You will get both omnivore and vegetarian food plans, shopping lists and recipes as well a dive deep option to either juice or fast for a few days ~ all completely optional.   However, this program is based in science and tradition so isn’t about starving your body, eating strange superfoods, or a lot of supplements. It doesn’t have to be about food at all.  It is about learning to nourish all the pieces of you.

I will take you step-by-step through a beautiful journey that will make a huge difference in how you feel and look! This program is full of information, evaluations, ideas, prompts, support and encouragement.  You can simply observe, learn and absorb the material and see where it takes you, you can find a few small steps that could ripple through your life or for the full adventure you can jump in and dive deep ~ this is your journey.


 I created this program for several reasons:

Life gets in the way of and can actually silently create an unhealthy lifestyle as we maneuver through it. While we might notice change is needed and be motivated when we begin, it’s easy to fall back into old habits. Some of us take better care of our cars than our bodies with the right fuel and regular tune-ups!

Even though this program is gentle and simple, creating change in your life can be tough to do on your own.  You may uncover many slippery muddy slopes, stormy conditions, a few boulders and who knows, maybe even lions and tigers and bears… This program is designed to give you the support you need as you go through your journey.

Every habit, thought, action and bite you take is either promoting disease or fighting disease, promoting health or fighting health.  Are you ready for a transformation of how you look and feel?

Will I be hungry?
Probably ~ and that is a good thing.  You may experience physical hunger the first few days if this is a new food plan for you, but you can always add in a snack from the meal plans and spend some time understanding the hunger. The meal plans are packed with amazing recipes that will likely become favorites of yours, even after the program.  You may also experience mild to severe emotional and spiritual hunger, a hunger to play, be in nature, love out loud or creative hunger. 

Before starting this program, I had been sick for a few months and was feeling very depleted. The program helped me get back on track and to make more of a commitment to taking care of myself.  As a health care provider, I had heard about a lot of what was shared in the program, but I wasn’t implementing it for myself.  Going through this program allowed me to feel like myself again: my energy increased, my cravings decreased, and I feel better than I have in months. I also had quite a few ‘ah-ha’ moments about my thinking and beliefs that no longer served me and am working on those.  This program worked well for me because it was not too strict and allowed me to be open to following it.  As a mom and business owner, I also loved the flexibility of being online learning and engaged when it was convenient for me. Join this guided journey invites you to experience a deep reset of body, mind, and emotions.  

Each week, we will learn about, focus on and spend time in one of the seven aspects of self as defined by modern technology fused with the ancient knowledge found in the Kabbalah Ten Sefirot, the Christian Sacraments, and the Hindu Chakras (our 'committees' as defined by one of my favorite clients).  

We will meet for 2 hours each week to set an intention, debrief and share our experience, hear a lesson  - renew our focus - create a space opened up for the next element.

Here is what to expect:

  • 15-30 minutes of yoga, somatics, or guided meditation to experience.
  • 15-30 minutes of review, debrief and sharing for you to open up to.
  • 20-30 minute lesson for your next week for you to learn.
  • A cooking demo using the foods and/or recipes from this week to inspire you.
  • A light meal to enjoy with good company.
  • Acceptance, honesty, encouragement and a hug to stay in this and remain curious.

...or not...you see, this path is open to you whenever you are ready so this time around may be just listening and understanding the concepts and that is perfectly okay.  You may choose to 'cleanse' your body and just do the food piece, clear your mind by just journaling, experience just the movement piece, analyze a relationship, organize a closet or pantry, or go wherever this may lead you.  Stay open to the whispers is the point and each small step will ripple through your life.

We all know when something is not quite right. By a certain age, we have quite a bit of experience, memories, hurts, toxins and wisdom.  Most of us, when given the right protected space, have good instinct about what is going on and when this changed.. 

The next right step will naturally resonate with you when you hear it 
~ that's what I mean by 'intrinsic'.  

You are the only one that lives in there and no one from the outside knows your internal landscape.  You may have already spent considerable energy, time and money on self-help books and programs, supplements, online symposiums, every new fad diet, therapists, counselors, trainers, coaches, spiritual healers, or alternative practitioner.  Maybe a bit of progress here and there but no profound, significant change.
